‘Friends with Kids’ star Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were spotted leaving a Los Angeles Rite-Aid yesterday afternoon. Looks like they were having a low-key afternoon, running errands in jeans and sweats and flip-flops.

Yet the day wasn’t entirely low-key: yesterday afternoon Brian filed paperwork in court suing Vanessa Marcil (they have a son, Kassius, together) for failing to repay $200,000 worth of loans that he made back when they were dating.

Not only does Brian want his money back: he also wants unspecified damages. This is going to make joint custody go well (I’m kidding, of course).
